Primadesk :- Manage All of Your Email, Documents, and Photos in One Place.

If you have different online accounts for your email, documents, and photos online like me, you have dozens of tabs open at any given time to manage Gmail, Google Docs, Google Apps, email, Dropbox, Picasa, and more. To make managing these dozens of documents easier, Primadesk offers a free Web-based solution to easily navigate between all your emails, folders, and photos while featuring the ability to back up and store your content at the same time.

Primadesk is quick to sign up with, and allows you to connect with up to 26 services and manage them all in one place, including Comcast Mail, Gmail, Facebook, Google Docs, Picasa, Hotmail, Photobucket, SugarSync, Flickr, Yahoo! Mail, and more. Once you have connected your accounts, you can read email by clicking on the message tab at the top, or browse through all of your documents by clicking on the document tab. Documents are arranged by source, so you can easily find a document when you know the file location. You can also easily drag and drop the document to move it to any other location. If you don’t remember what email or document you should even be looking for, you can use Primadesk’s search feature to find what you are looking for, with options for specifying where to look with its date range. Additionally, you can back up any file or folder to Primadesk by right-clicking on the folder and selecting “Backup,” which will then appear as a new folder in your Primadesk documents called “Backup.”

You can also connect your online photo accounts to manage with Primadesk, but for now will be directed to Primadesk’s Facebook app, Fotolink, to manage photos for now while Primadesk is still in beta. In the future, you will be able to use Primaesk to move photos between online services. With the Facebook app, this feature is just as accessible and works well — especially if you need to move photos between, say, Facebook to Picasa to share photos with new friends on Google+.

And for those of you who are concerned about the security of using Primadesk, the application has “obtained highest level available from VeriSign with extended validation. All our communications are encrypted.” Additionally, all passwords are stored completely encrypted and the database can only be reached from specific servers from within the database. Your password is also safe — even if someone knows it, they still will not be able to access your account unless they use your computer or know the answers to two secret questions that you set up.

so Try it from here https://www.primadesk.com/!!!!!!!!!! Let us share your review in the comments.
