ADATA launches free online repair tool for USB Flash Drives.

The experience of suddenly being unable to retrieve any file from USB Flash Drives, or seeing a message from the operating system saying that the drive needs to be formatted is a pretty frustrating problem. Taking that inconvenience into account, ADATA Technology has announced the launch of a free online repair tool for USB flash drives.

The ADATA USB Flash Drive Online Recovery is a tool designed to help users restore drive function through rebuilding the firmware and formatting the drive. In the past, when problems on USB Flash Drives occurred, the only solution was to send it back to the manufacturer’s service center. The ADATA USB Flash Drive Online Recovery tool, according to the company, can provide a successful repair by eighty percent or higher, effectively saving users' time whilst helping to reduce costs over traditional repair and service methods.

When any one of the following situations is encountered: 1) Data cannot be written to the drive, 2) Drive cannot be formatted, or 3) Drive is recognized by the system, but files cannot be read, users can access the ADATA website, download the tool, insert the USB Flash Drive and start the repair process simply with one click. The USB Flash Drive Online Recovery tool can be downloaded for free at the official ADATA website.

Currently, this software is available in 3 language versions - English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. Those wanting to download the English version can click here.
