Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro has seen a steep INR 5000 price cut in India. While it is unclear whether this reduction is coming from retailers or directly from the company, you will get Xperia Pro at just INR 20,030 at Flipkart or Infibeam, earlier it was selling for INR 25K.
We expect other online retailers to follow suit in the coming days. With newer Androids set to be released in India, it was waiting to happen. Sony Ericsson Xperia Pro is a catch at this price for all the QWERTY fans; it features Android 2.3 ‘Gingerbread’, 1GHz processor, 8.1MP rear camera, front camera, 3.7 inch display with mobile Bravia Engine, 512MB RAM and 1500 mAh battery. There are three color choices – Black, Read and Silver.
Company has already promised ICS update for the entire 2011 Xperia line-up, which includes Pro, so you don’t have to worry about updates.
