HTC has just shared a note on its official Facebook page detailing the Android 4.0 update progress so far and it had some good news for Sensation owners. Company has confirmed that Ice Cream Sandwich update for Sensation, Sensation XE and Sensation 4G will start by the end of March. Sensation XL will get the update soon after.
We have already seen several leaks of the official ICS RUU for HTC Sensation so far, some for XE as well. Company seems to have updated the Sense version as well to accompany Android 4.0, as seen in the last ICS RUU leak.
Sensation will be the first HTC smartphone to get the ICS update; it may even be the first one in hand of consumers unless some of MWC announced devices reach market first.
