ReadCube: A PDF Reading Client For People Conducting Research.

Students who are participating in research activities often find themselves cross-referencing research papers and finding publications similar to the paper. These papers exist as PDF files on the student’s computer and matching them with online resources is extremely difficult. But the task is made much easier, thanks to a tool called ReadCube.

ReadCube is a PDF documents reader for people who are conducting research. The tool is basically a desktop client that has versions for both Windows and Mac computers. After the app has been installed, you can import your PDF files into it. The app then tries to automatically recognize the title of the PDF file, its author, as well as its publication. For documents that are not published papers or in which the information is not clearly laid out, you can manually enter the information.

Based on your papers, you are provided article recommendations by ReadCube. These recommendations, along with your PDF files, can be read anytime within ReadCube. The reading interface supports text highlighting, taking notes, copying text, taking screenshot of PDF documents, and printing the PDF files.

Features:

1.> A user-friendly desktop client.
2.> Lets you read PDF files.
3.> Has versions for Mac and Windows.
4.> Provides recommendations based on your PDF files.
