Samsung working with SAP to make Android more enterprise friendly.

With the decline in BB love in the enterprise circles, every other manufacturer is trying to tap market. In the same bid, Samsung seems to be working with enterprise software maker SAP to make company’s Android smartphones more business friendly.

According to a report in Bloomberg today, both the companies are expected to unveil their plans at the upcoming Mobile World Congress. These plans include email encryption, compatibility with device-management systems for better remote access.

There is a large enterprise market, which is looking for pre-configured smartphones and tablet that satisfy their advanced security requirements. SAP is better big on mobile apps and plans to exceed 20 billion euros ($26.5 billion) in annual revenue by 2015. On the other Samsung is trying hard to become world’s biggest smartphone vendor and faces competition from Apple, which crossed it to take the top spot in the fourth quarter on surging sales of its iPhones.
