Snipreel is a web service that helps you share only the important parts of a video. The tool lets you paste in the URL of a YouTube video and then set markers for important portions of the video. You can snip various portions in the video to make up a 60-second long reel. Your snips are merged to make a new video and the URL can be shared with friends.
Although video embedding is currently unsupported, it is a feature that will soon be available. Snipreel also offers a browser bookmarklet that can be used right on YouTube.
