GetWindowText: Copy Error Messages From Error Boxes & Windows Explorer.

If you have ever had some crazy error message pop up on Windows and you needed to do a search to find out how to fix it, you know how much of pain it is to remember those error codes. Of course, highlighting and copy/pasting them would solve the problem, but Windows doesn’t allow that. GetWindowText is here to solve your error message woes. It allows you to easily copy and paste that error message so you can hit the Internet and find a solution.

GetWindowText is a small executable that can be left on a desktop or run off a thumb drive. This means you can use it anywhere you need it without installing a big program on your machine. You simply need to run the EXE and drag the icon over the text you need to copy.

Dragging the icon over the window will load it in text format. You can then copy this text as you would with any other piece of text on a Windows PC and use it however you need to.

Features:

1.> Copy Windows error messages and text from Windows Explorer.
2.> Converts error boxes to regular to use as you need.
3.> Small executable that can run off your machine or a thumb drive.
4.> Free and easy to use.
