It’s crazy when you think about how many applications can get access to the private information on our Facebook and Twitter accounts. So many times I click “Grant Permission” without actually thinking about what that means. I’m sure many of you do the same, and now it is time to fix the situation. With MyPermissions you can spend two minutes, and get rid of all the random apps that have access to your personal information.
Essentially, it simply links you to the permission page for all the different services. This allows you to quickly access these pages and look at and deny permission to any of the apps. This means that MyPermissions is not actually accessing any of your accounts (that would be ironic if it did).
You can use the permissions page for Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Dropbox, Instagram, and Flickr. It’s your one stop shop for getting locking down your personal information a little more tightly.
Features:
1.> Easily view and remove access to apps.
2.> Check permissions on Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Dropbox, Instagram, and Flickr.
3.> Start the news year by better protecting your information.
4.> If This Than That recipe for monthly email reminders to check your permissions.
