Reliance Communications today announced the launch of its new 3G tablet with Android operating system. The Reliance 3G Tab is priced at Rs 14,499. Notably, RCom has already an Android tablet in its kitty which is available both in GSM and CDMA versions.
The new Reliance 3G Tab comes with a 7-inch capacitive touch screen with Android 2.3 OS and a high speed processor of 1.4 GHz. This latest 3G tablet from Reliance comes with screen resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, 512 MB RAM, and 5 point touch input. The Reliance 3G Tab, which weighs 402 grams, comes with a 3 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera enables video calling.
Reliance Communications is offering free benefits worth Rs 6,250 to its 3G customers where in they can enjoy free 3 GB of 3G data for three months, three months Free video calling for Local and STD to Reliance 3G, free voice rental for 12 months (postpaid) along with free Global calling worth Rs 250, 1 year free subscription on McAfee Mobile Security, 2 months free subscription of BigFlix, a free 4 GB micro SD card.

According to the operator, the tablet will come preloaded with apps like Gmail, YouTube, Maps, Google Search, ET, TOI, NDTV etc. Besides, users can access Android Play Store as well.
