Spice has launched its first touch and Qwerty Android phone called Mi-285 in the market. Though official announcement is yet to happen the phone is available at online stores like Saholic for Rs 6,399.

The dual-SIM phone comes with 2.8 inch capacitive touch display. It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. The phone has 650MHz processor for smooth user experience. It supports GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity.

It comes with 3.2MP main camera and VGA front camera. Other features include GPS, A-GPS, analog TV, proximity sensor, push email, Gtalk, and 32 GB expandable memory.

The Spice Mi 285 is a direct competition of LG Optimus Pro C660 and Motorola Fire XT 311 and is in fact coming very closely priced to these two phones which available for Rs 7,000.

While LG offers a 800MHz processor and Motrola only a 600 MHz unit, only other difference between these two and the Spice offering is the fact that these two offer only single SIM option.
