Tumblr is a highly popular blogging platform used by countless Internet users. If you run a Tumblr blog and would like to create a backup of the photos you have created online, you would have to run a manual image-saving from your browser. But to save lots of time and automate the process, you can use an app called TumblRipper.
TumblRipper is a free to desktop application for Windows computers. Sized at only 11KB, the app comes as a standalone EXE file in a ZIP archive. You run the EXE file and specify the computer folder to save pictures in plus the blog you want pictures to be downloaded from. The app tries to retrieve the largest image size available. As it downloads, you can see the progress indicated in the program window.
