Do you have any complaints against any air travel incident that took place while you were on board, but don’t know where to file it? Thanks to FlyRights, you can now report your complaints to the respective authorities.
The application was developed so that people can lodge a complaint against any incident directly to the Transportation Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.
FlyRights has documentation available within the application that lets people know their rights as an air traveler in US airports and when they can lodge a complaint against discrimination. Users can use the “Report” menu to lodge a complaint in real-time against discrimination on grounds of race, religion, gender, ethnicity, nationality or disability.
The users are then required to give the name of the airport the incident occurred on and the date & time of the incident.
Once the complaint is filed, the civil aviation department is sent the complaint automatically who can then investigate the matter and deal with it properly – the complaint can also be sent to Sikh Coalition, the nation’s largest Sikh civil rights organization.
Features:
- Free and easy to use.
- Report acts of discrimination the moment they happen – more chance of a proper investigation taking place.
- Airport information throughout US is pre-populated in app – no need to type it down.
- User-friendly design.
- Available for Android and iOS devices.
