Now an app called Kaleidoscope lets you do both things through your iOS device.
Kaleidoscope is a free to use iOS application that is targeted at fashion enthusiasts. The app is sized at nearly 8 MB and is compatible with iPod Touch, iPhone, and iPad devices running version 3.0 or later. The app forms a network of users, letting you browse and share pictures of the clothes you purchased. You can check out what others got and look for similar things available online through the app.
Items are all shown within the app and anything you find interesting can be purchased right there.
