MTS offering Samsung Galaxy Y CDMA for Rs 7,500


MTS will be offering unlimited data usage for 3 months with 1 GB high speed data cap for Samsung Galaxy Y CDMA.

MTS, a CDMA operator, which has more than 16 million customers across India, has today launched Samsung Galaxy Y CDMA smartphone bundled with its connection for Rs 7,500.

MTS will be offering unlimited data usage for three months with 1 GB high speed data cap for Samsung Galaxy Y CDMA smartphone. Along with it the CDMA operator will be offering unlimited MTS to MTS local calls for three months. The phone will be available at MTS as wells as other retails stores across India.

Samsung has some time back introduced the CDMA version of its popular entry level Android phone Samsung Galaxy Y.

Samsung Galaxy Y is similar to what is already available in the GSM version. The Galaxy Y CDMA works on Android v2.3 (Gingerbread) OS, and comes with a 2 megapixel primary camera, a 3 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen, and 800 MHz processor.

It comes with FM radio, WiFi and has expandable storage capacity of 32 GB. The phone will support EVDO network of MTS with 3.1 Mbps speed.
