Karbonn announces Agnee tablet with 3G, Android 4.0



Karbonn has announced a new tablet in the country today. Dubbed as Angee, the tablet has been manufactured in partnership with another Indian company Innominds and is made in India. Set to be available around Diwali, the tablet will be priced around under INR 10,000.

According to Karbonn, the tablet is based on a Qualcomm reference design and has been customised to suit the needs of Indian users. Agnee also comes with support for over 22 Indian languages and will come pre-loaded with content tailored for India.

Karbonn Agee features a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 processor, 7-inch display with 800x480p resolution, 512MB RAM, 1.3MP front camera, 4GB of internal storage, Android 4.0 and 4,000mAh battery.

The tablet also allows voice calling and support 3G via the normal SIM card.
