After the launch of Micromax Canvas A100, the Indian manufacturer seems to be planning to announce yet another phablet in the country. Dubbed as the Micromax A101, the device has appeared on HomeShop18 with a price-tag of INR 9,999.
While the listing currently shows the product as ‘Out of Stock’, it is expected to be released soon. Micromax A101 runs on Android 4.0.4, and comes with a 5.2-inch 480×800p resolution display and dual-SIM connectivity (dual-standby).
Other features include 1.2GB internal storage expendable upto 32GB via a microSD card, 5MP rear facing camera with LED flash, front camera, 2000 mAh battery and standard connectivity options like 3G, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. There is no word on the processor right now.We expect to hear an announcement soon regarding the device.
Micromax is also currently taking pre-orders for another phablet A110, which is also going to be launched in the country soon. Micromax A110 features Android 4.0, 5-inch IPS screen, 1GHz dual-core processor, 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 0.3 megapixel VGA front camera and 2000 mAh battery.
