The upcoming Jelly Bean upgrade for the original Galaxy Note is expected to bring the much hyped multi view and the Air View support for S-pen stylus too.
The popular multi view functionality, which is there in the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, is all set to come to the older Galaxy Note N7000.
Sammobile claimed this citing the 'texting firmware upgrade' for the Samsung Galaxy Note N7000. The update however does not feature the full fledged inclusion of the features that will come to devices finally but gives a sneak peak that shows the Air View feature that allows the S-Pen stylus to be detected from a distance from the screen.
Meanwhile, the website has also claimed that Samsung is set to release the Android 4.2 upgrade for devices such as the Galaxy SIII and the Galaxy Note 2 as early as the first quarter of 2013 (Jan-March). The update will later be released for the older Galaxy devices including the Note N7000 as well, it added.
A Galaxy Note N7000 user in France has been able to get a copy of the firmware version N7000XXLS7 of which the video has been posted on YouTube. The video showcases the multi view and the Air View functionality in full swing in the Galaxy Note.
