Highlightr: Highlight Popular Items In Your Google Reader Feeds [Chrome]


If you subscribe to RSS feeds to various websites, then there is a good chance you use Google Reader. When you log onto the service, you find updated feed entries from various websites but knowing which items will interest you most is difficult. Here to help point out the important entries is a Chrome browser extension called Highlightr.

Highlightr is a free to use Chrome browser tool that helps Google Reader users learn which feed entries will interest them the most. With the extension installed and running, it studies the articles you read through Reader. It then automatically assigns ranks to your Reader entries; these ranks appear as number in front of the article titles. The accuracy of these ranks improve as much as you use Google Reader.
