LG Optimus Pro leaked, packs 5-inch 1080p display, 3,000mAh battery



LG Optimus G might not have arrived in majority of markets, but the Korean manufacturer is already working on its successor in the form of Optimus G Pro. The smartphone was revealed in a leaked image along with the specifications.

LG Optimus G Pro is expected to feature a 5-inch 1080p display, 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, LTE and 3,000 mAh battery.

The smartphone will also come with a 13MP rear camera, 2.4MP front camera, and Jelly Bean. It is likely to be 10.1mm thick and will weigh 160 grams.

The specifications have also been confirmed in separate leak from Blog of Mobile. The smartphone is likely to be announced at Mobile World Congress with actual release in select first countries in Q2, 2013. It will be competing with the likes of HTC Butterfly, Sony Xperia Z and Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S IV.
