SMS Faker lets you trick people by showing them fake SMS conversations displayed on your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad. To try it yourself, download the free app from the App store. Once you have it on your iPhone, open the app and enter a fake name (ex: John, see below) into a conversation and click “Save”.
By default, iPhone received messages appear on a grey background and sent messages appear on a green background, but you can change it before you enter the fake name. To write a fake “sent” message you have to type in a message (as you do normally when you send a message on the iPhone) and press “Send”. To write a fake “received” message you have to press the Camera button to the left of the text field.
Features:
- Show fake SMS conversations on your iPhone.
- Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.
- Available in 21 languages.
- Free app.
