Zen launches phone with 4.3 inch display for Rs 6,500


Given its features it will compete with Micromax Ninja 4.0 and Intex Aqua 4.0.

Zen Mobile has launched its second smartphone in India. The phone called Zen Mobile Ultraphone U4 runs on a 1 GHz processor and is based on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system.

Ultraphone U4 features a 4.3 inch WVGA (800x480 pixel) capacitive touchscreen, 3.2MP camera with flash, 1.3MP front camera, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. However it misses out on 3G connectivity.

The phone uses a 1500mAh battery and will sell through Homshop18.com for price of Rs 6,499. The phone allows expandable memory up to 32GB.

Given its features it will compete with Micromax Ninja 4.0 and Intex Aqua 4.0.While these feature slightly smaller 4 inch screen (rest of the specification are almost same) they are priced at around Rs 5,500.
