The TEDinator: Download TED Videos Through a Desktop App [Windows]


Technology, Entertainment, and Design (TED) videos are being increasingly shared online as friends share their positive messages with one another. Here to help download the TED videos directly to your hard drive is a desktop application called The TEDinator.

The TEDinator is a small application for Windows computers that have Net Framework 4 installed. The application is sized at less than 1 MB and it connects with the TED database and lets you download the videos to your hard drive. You can search videos by their title; from the search results you can download videos selectively or download all of them in one go.

Users can also specify the video quality – Low, Regular, or High – and choose the download folder. In order to save your favorites in an offline file, you can use the application to export the links to an HTML or XML file.
