Salora launches SIM calling tablet for Rs 6,899


The Fontab comes with 1.5 GHz Cortex A9 processor, 1 GB RAM and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.

Salora International has launched a new tablet called Salora Fontab for Rs 6,899. The 7 inch tablet comes with SIM calling support and 2G data connectivity through SIM; however for 3G data, you need to connect a 3G USB Dongle.

The Fontab comes with a 1.5 GHz Cortex A9 processor, 1 GB RAM and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. The tablet has a 7 inch display with 1024 X 600 pixel resolution and pixel density of 180ppi. It has a 3500 mAh Li-Po battery, a 2 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. The Salora Fontab also features Bluetooth, WiFi and an HDMI port.

Salora Fontab weighs 350 grams and comes with 4 GB inbuilt memory along with an external memory slot for up to 32 GB. The tablet will be available at stores including online platforms like Salzmart, Flipkart, Infibeam, Snapdeal, Indiatimes Shopping.
