Expected to launch in May 2013
Hot on the heels of Galaxy S 4 launch, Samsung seems to be preparing to release a mid-range smartphone Galaxy Win. Packing a quad-core processor, the phone was spotted at a Vietnamese retailer Mainguyen.
As per the product listing, Samsung Galaxy Win GT-I8552 features 4.7-inch Super AMOLED WVGA display, 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Adreno 203 GPU, 5MP rear camera, VGA front camera, Android 4.1.2, and 2000 mAh battery.
In addition, the phone also comes with 21Mbps HSDPA, Dual-SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, A-GPS/GLONASS, and microSD card slot.
The phone is rumoured to be releasing in Vietnam next month, but there is no word on the pricing. We could see an official announcement very soon.
In related news, Samsung seems to be working on third-generation Galaxy Ace 3 smartphone that will also be released in May.
