Upcoming Samsung high-end Android tablet with 2560×1600p display leaked

Along with the rumoured Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 and 10.1, Samsung also seems to be working on a high-end Android tablet called “Roma” (probably a codename). Techblog.gr, which posted the specs for the Tab 3 devices, has also revealed the features of this upcoming tablet from the Korean manufacturer.

In the first glance, it seems pretty much like Nexus 10, which is odd and we are not sure why Samsung would be planning to launch something so similar to Nexus 10. The only differences between Nexus 10 and this rumoured tablet seem to be the dimensions and added support for microSD card and 3G/ 4G LTE.

If these rumoured specifications are indeed true, Samsung is using Exynos 5 Dual processor again in the new tablet, which is odd as many reviewers as well as users found the Exynos 5 dual slightly underpowered for Nexus 10 because of the high-res screen.  We hope that the company uses Exynos 5 Octa in Roma, which would really make the tablet to look for with industry leading specs and a real competitor to upcoming Apple iPad refresh.
