Images and key specifications of Sony’s rumoured Xperia A have leaked online thanks to the smartphone’s FCC filing, which was uncovered yesterday. As per the FCC filing, Sony Xperia A features a 5-inch 1080p display and comes with a 2300 mAh battery.
The battery is removable, and gives access to micro-SIM slot and microSD card slot, which supports upto 64GB of external storage. The phone also packs 13MP rear camera, LTE connectivity and 16GB of built-in storage.
Other specifications of the device are unclear right now, but as per some previous rumours, the phone is expected to come with 2GB of RAM, 2.2MP front camera and 7.9mm thick body.
Japanese telecom operator NTT Docomo is announcing its summer device line-up on May 15 and the reports suggest that we might see Xperia A as a part of the telco’s line-up.
