Zync Quad 10.1 tablet launched for Rs 14,990


Zync has introduced a new tablet - Quad 10.1 - with quad-core mobile processor, full 1080p HD display and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.

Zync has announced a new quad core processor based tablet, called Quad 10.1. The all new Zync Quad 10.1 tablet features a full HD resolution supporting display as well. This large screen tablet falls under the budget tablet segment and will be available for a best buy price of about Rs 14, 990.

Zync's new Quad 10.1 tablet has a 10.1-inch large touchscreen real estate that supports full 1080p HD (1920x1200) resolution natively. Inside the chassis, Zync has packed a quad-core 1.5 GHz mobile processor (we believe it is a MediaTek model) along with an eight-core Mali-400 MP4 graphics chip. Zync has added 2 GB DDR3 RAM to deliver all round smoother user experience.

This tablet has a 16 GB on-board storage and there is a memory card slot that can support up to 32 GB micro SD card. At the back it has a 5 megapixel camera for clicking photos and recording videos. In the front lies a 2 megapixel camera for video chat.

Weighing about 471 grams, the tablet comes with Aluminum body finish and there is a micro HDMI port along with a micro USB port that features an OTG (on the go) support. Zync has added 8000 mAh Lithium-Ion battery to make the tablet run for long hours.

Price at Rs 14, 990 the Zync Quad 10.1 tablet does look like a decent contender in the budget segment.
