Dual-SIM HTC Desire XC lands in India for INR 16,249

Continuing its streak of launching smartphones based on outdated Ice Cream Sandwich, HTC India has now released Desire XC phone in the country. We are yet to see any official announcement but the phone has appeared on Snapdeal.com (http://www.snapdeal.com/product/htc-desire-xc/1475640) for INR 16,249.

The phone features dual-SIM (GSM+CDMA) connectivity, 4-inch WVGA Super LCD, 1GHz dual-core processor and 5MP camera. HTC Desire XC also comes with 1650 mAh battery, 4GB of internal storage, and 768MB of RAM.

There is no word on whether the phone will ever get Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update but the chances are very-very slim.

HTC Desire XC joins the company’s recent released dual-SIM Desire XDS smartphone in its Android smartphone portfolio in the country.
