Sony has reportedly started rolling out the Android 4.2.2 update for Xperia ZL smartphones in select markets globally. The update is currently live in Europe and North America. Some reports are coming from Malaysia and india as well.
The update is available via PC Companion software, so you will need it. If you don’t have it installed already, go to Sony website and download it now.
There is no official change-log available at this point but the latest update should bring support for lock-screen widgets, quick toggles in notification shade, performance improvements and more to Xperia ZL.
