Micromax has started selling the third Bling phone in the Indian market today. The phone can now be bought from online retail store Snapdeal for INR 9,599. Packing the characteristic Swarovski Zirconia crystals, Micromax Bling 3 is the successor to the company’s 2011 smartphone Bling 2.
It features Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 1GHz dual-core processor, 4-inch display, and 1600 mAh battery. Bling 3 also comes with 5MP rear camera, front camera, and the usual connectivity options. Internal memory and RAM details are currently unknown.
Primarily targeted to women, Bling originally debuted as a feature phone back in 2010 and was succeeded by Micromax Bling 2 the next year. Both the devices were pretty popular and in fact the original Bling was one of the first Micromax phone to popularise Micromax brand.
