The phones are listed on an Indian online retailer's website which though has till now not revealed their prices.
Two news Samsung smartphones, called as Galaxy Express and Galaxy Premier, are set to be made available in India.
Samsung Galaxy Express has a 4.5 inch Super AMOLED touchscreen with WVGA resolution. It has a 1.2 GHz dual core processor, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 1.3 megapixel front camera, and a 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery.
The Samsung Galaxy Express also has Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi, USB 2.0, 8 GB internal storage, 1 GB RAM, and 32 GB micro SD card slot. Besides, the Galaxy Express comes with GPS with A-GPS support, accelerometer, light, digital compass, proximity, and gyro sensors.
The Samsung Galaxy Premier, which was launched in Taiwan earlier this year, comes with 4.65 inch Super AMOLED display with high definition resolution. It has Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, 1.5 GHz dual core processor, and 1 GB RAM. The Galaxy Premier also boasts a very good looking 2100 mAh battery, 8 megapixel rear camera, and 1.9 megapixel HD front camera. It is said to come in 8 GB and 16 GB internal storage options.
Besides, the Galaxy Premier has 32 GB micro SD card slot, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, NFC, and GPS with GLONASS support. It has also accelerometer, light, digital compass, proximity, and gyro sensors.
Both the phones are currently listed on Infibeam but the online retailer has not revealed their prices yet. However, looking at their specifications, the Samsung Galaxy Premier is likely to be priced around Rs 20,000 while the Galaxy Express is likely to cost around Rs 15,000.
