Soon after the Android 4.3 was released for Nexus-devices, the update is rolling out for HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Play edition smartphones. The updates are available over-the-air and you will be notified as soon as it is ready for your phone.
As all the updates are released in phases, it might not show up on your phone rightaway.
While the Android 4.3 update for HTC One Google Play Edition is 185.5MB in size, the update for Galaxy S4 Google Play edition is 150.7MB in size.
The new build number is JWR66V. The update bring Android 4.3 improvements to these devices alongside some device specifics changes like the following:
IR support now working on HTC One GPe
Bluetooth Tethering now works on Samsung Galaxy S4 GPe
Increased icon-sizes on widget panels on both phones
Android 4.x gradient replaces solid background in settings etc. on Samsung Galaxy S4 GPe
