Nokia Lumia 1520 with 6 inch display : Spotted

The Lumia 1520 features a 6-inch display with 1080p HD and quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC.

Nokia, which has recently launched its biggest smartphone under its Lumia series called Lumia 625, is now reported to have readied a 6 inch display bearing Lumia device, purportedly named as Nokia Lumia 1520.

As per the images posted on WPCentral, Nokia Lumia 1520 comes with a 6-inch full HD display, a polycarbonate body, and reflect the design of the recently announced Lumia handsets. It is now speculated that this large screen phablet was codenamed Nokia Bandit and is expected to be launched at a special event on 26 September next month in New York, USA.

The Lumia 1520 smartphone will be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon family mobile system-on-chip and Windows Phone 8 GDR3 update that brings support for 1080p HD devices as well as multiple cores. The larger display would allow three columns of Live Tiles to be pinned on the home page. The alleged Lumia 1520 seems to be running a Windows Phone 8 build but with resolution less than the 1080p HD.

Nokia recently announced the Lumia 625 with a large 4.7-inch display but not so great native resolution.
