With the amount of apps you download and use daily, it is hard to track what apps have access to your social accounts. So, some long-forgotten app might be posting to your Facebook or Twitter account on your behalf and you might not even know about it. If you are an iPhone user, check out Permissions. It is an iOS app that scans permission settings of all your installed apps and lets you clean these permissions with one click.
Currently it supports services including Facebook, Twitter, Google, Dropbox and others. 12 services in total. Once you install the app from App Store on your iPhone (or any iOS device) you will see a list of services. Choose a service and tap on its icon and login with your credentials. Once you are logged in, you will see all the apps that have acces to this account. You can deny an app from accessing the account completely or simply exclude particular permissions from it.
The Block section lets you configure what is available to different Facebook apps when your friends interact with them.
From within the app you can shedule a reminder to remind you at certain time intervals to remove permissions of installed apps from your accounts.
