Figuring out how near the place is to your workplace, how much it will cost you, whether or not pets are allowed in that building, etc. can be very time consuming. Thankfully however there is an online tool that simplifies matters; this tool is called “Place of Mine.”
Place of Mine is a free to use online service that lets you search for available places using a variety of parameters. You start by entering the area in which you want your new place to be; you can enter a city or a specific neighborhood within that city. A map with available places is generated you can use filters on the left to narrow down your search. These filters include price range and the features of the place such as number of bedrooms, whether or not pets are allowed, etc.
The bottom most pane shows places that match your settings. These places can be sorted according to relevance, recentness, price, and location.
