GSM service provider, Vodafone has announced the launch of the Vodafone K3800 high speed data dongle in India. The Vodafone K3800 is able to provide upto 14.4 Mbps download speeds and is priced at Rs 1750.
This dongle does not come with any data bundle, so users will have to make use of the data card plans available to them in both prepaid as well as postpaid variants. It has been made available through Vodafone retail stores and comes in three colours - Black, Red and Dual Tone White and Red.
The Vodafone K3800 3G dongle supports all major operating systems including Window 8, Mac, Linux versions like Fedora and Ubuntu out of the box. The dongle comes with mass memory function that doubles it up as a portable data storage device. The dongle provides micro SD card support with expandable memory of up to 32 GB.
