Gionee is planning to release a mini version of its recently announced Elife E7 smartphone in the form Elife E7 Mini. There is no word on the actual release date right now but the phone is expected to feature the new MediaTek MT6592 octa-core processor.
According to Sogi.com.tw, the phone will also come with 4.7-inch HD IPS display, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.3 and 16GB of internal storage. In addition, the phone will pack 13MP rear camera, 3G, Wi-Fi, and 2100 mAh battery.
The phone will be competing with other octa-core devices, which are arriving in January 2014.
