Spice has introduced a new budget Android smartphone in the Indian market. Part of the company’s Stellar line-up, the new 526n Octa smartphone has been priced at INR 7,999 and will go on sale via all major retailers. The smartphone is the successor to the company’s 2014 model – Stellar 526.

Following up on the excellent response to our Stellar 526 smartphone, we decided to introduce a faster Octa-Core version of the phone with excellent specifications for technology enthusiasts seeking a combination of cutting edge technology and style,” said Prashant Bindal, CEO, Spice Mobility.
Coming to the specifications, the Spice Stellar 526n Octa features 5-inch HD IPS display, 1.4GHz octa-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and microSD card slot. The phone also packs 2500 mAh battery, Android 4.4, 8MP rear camera and 3.2MP front snapper.
According to Spice, The 526n Octa will be released with a metallic finish in White and Pebble Blue colour option.
